I struggled for years with various injuries and tried several therapists without success until meeting Natalie. Shawn is the best! I was skeptical of PT at first, but when a shoulder injury from the gym cropped up, I’m glad I went to Adapt to get better. Exercises are easy to follow on their app, and Shawn is very detailed with useful techniques to heal it faster.

I injured my SI joint many years ago but recently it became so painful that I could not sleep more than a few hours at a time. Chiropractic treatment provided no relief so I decided to try Adapt Sports Therapy. After manual therapy with Dr. Shawn and following his core strength exercise recommendations I am 100% pain free in my SI joint. A side benefit is that my cycling power has measurably improved. Strongly recommend.

I've been coming here for help with knee pain and back pain and it's helped me get back into running and lifting again safely. I couldn't do lunges or squats for a year leading up to coming here because it was so painful, and now I'm able to do both again because of their help! I went to Dr. Natalie for chronic foot pain that had limited my activity for more than 20 years. She empowered me with knowledge about foot and body mechanics that allowed me to improve my mobility and address muscle imbalances in a functional way that fit into the workouts I was already doing. I suffered a grade 3 A/C tear and broken wrist from a biking injury and after speaking with a surgeon I opted to recover using non surgical pt. I met with a number of pt’s initially and struggled to find one that struck the right balance between letting the injury heal initially but also making sure I didn’t loose range of motion and was able to get back to full function as fast as possible. Shawn did a great job of listening to how I was feeling and making quick adjustments as I progressed through my healing. Just two months later I am back on the bike and feeling like my old self again when I thought it would be 6 months to a year for my shoulder to be back to normal. I had a great experience and would highly recommend working with Shawn!

Went to ADAPT for a few months due to a foot injury. Shawn was great to work with! He developed a workout and in office PT to help deal with some scar tissue with my foot injury. My foot is now good enough I am able to continue all hiking and normal activities. 100% recommend giving ADAPT a try and if I need more help in the future I will be back!

I’ve been working with Dr. Shawn now for almost 3 months. I cannot say enough about how much he has helped me. The manual manipulation to aid in pain relief along with the exercises to help me be a stronger runner are invaluable. I’ve been a runner for over 30 years, but back in May, I suffered a tibial plateau fracture along with a medial meniscus tear while in a sprinting session. Due to insurance fighting me on getting an MRI done right away it took time to figure out a correct diagnosis for me, but regardless Shawn always helped me with the pain . I am now hiking and walking with no pain and beginning to run again. The strength I’ve gained from the exercises will be something I will continue ie to come back to and hopefully I’ll have decades of my favorite sport to look forward to. I will continue to use Adapt sports therapy to aid in my training!

Natalie went above and beyond my expectations in helping me with the stiffness in my ankle. She was also able to find other areas contributing to the issue. This improved my overall mobility! I am much more capable of movement and keeping up with my progress.In addition, Natalie is one of the kindest people I know. She can cause tremendous pain while breaking up scar tissue while making you smile and laugh. She has a gift.
