He was professional and had great communication by letting us know he hit some traffic and ETA had changed, which I really appreciate the honesty. He also took care of our trash since we were moving from a 3 bedroom apartment to having one bedroom so we had A LOT of trash accumulation from downsizing. He has a great attitude even after moving my huge bed up 4 flights of stairs! He and his team really took a great deal of stress out of a big event in me and my family's life.
