Dean has completed a couple of building inspections for me, 1 being my own home (problem easily fixed) and the other for a potential property purchase which had a couple of visible issues but Dean's thorough report flagged some 'unseen' issues also. Taking these into account and the costs to rectify the issues we did not go ahead with the purchase and I am so grateful that we paid for a building inspection before investing so much money.
