Dean was able to attend and complete aPre purchase inspection at short notice for the property we ended up purchasing. He reported his findings verbally over the phone that day and delivered the detailed written report soon after. He even re attended our property months later (free of charge) to check on an issue we thought we had but turned out to be nothing. He has an excellent work ethic and I highly recommend him for any pre purchase inspections.
