Using ProView Building Inspections was a breeze from start to finish. This was my first time engaging a Building Inspector and I’m really glad I stumbled upon their social media page. Dean and Sarah where very good at communication, they were always very responsive, where able to book in an inspection within 2 days of my initial call, are very reasonably priced and the Report Document completed by Dean was extremely thorough. I also appreciated the call straight after from Dean to walk me through his findings and his availability for any follow up questions I had post reviewing the document myself. Contacted Dean & Sarah with relatively short notice for a pre-purchase inspection of an inner city townhouse and received prompt, professional service. Nothing escaped Dean's eagle eye and building experience - his attention to detail is commendable. The report provided substantiated findings with clear descriptions and photos and recommendations for repairs.
