This review is long overdue, and I apologize for that. I'm a landlord in Chicago. One of my tenants reported bedbugs and found John with EXtreme bed bug solutions. He treated their unit, and I wanted to make sure the rest of the building was treated. John was very communicative, flexible with his schedule, and patient and understanding. He offered a few different treatment options and talked through them all. He was very clear and practical, i.e., he didn't automatically recommend the most expensive option. He explained what he'd be doing and most importantly, the bedbug problem was gone. None of the tenants have complained about anything returning. Great service, I'd recommend him!

I found myself needing my mattresses sprayed to import them during an international move. John was able to come out and spray, and also worked with me on the paperwork which I needed. Very helpful during a stressful situation.

Extreme bed bug and John was very thoughtful and reassuring with my situation. I had so many concerns and questions and they were able to get back to me right away. They did a whole treatment and it resolved my issue. I highly recommend!
