Before switching to Aurora, we had another dentist we'd been going to for a long time and were quite attached to, so we were hesitant about trying a new dentist. The whole family's been going here for at least 5 years now and staff have been consistently kind, friendly, and even receptive to constructive criticism (especially Tanja! She makes an effort to remember even small talk, and really makes sure your teeth are clean every visit). Whenever I ask questions, they never rush me or express feeling inconvenienced. :)

I had a fantastic experience with Emma, my dental assistant. Throughout my teeth whitening procedure, she was incredibly patient and thorough. She paused several times to check the shade and made sure I was comfortable at each step. When I had concerns, she explained everything clearly and even involved the doctor when needed. I've really loved my experience at this dentist - I started going when I needed my implant completed, because my family dentist couldn't do this operation. So much so that I actually ended up moving myself and my husband to this practice for our dental needs. The dentist is quick, efficient, and has really great instincts and bedside manner. The techs are also fantastic and super friendly, and the admin staff are so kind. I had a really confusing insurance claim I needed to put through and they were able to sort it out for me. Highly recommend :)

Got my first crown and all the staff were fairly patient with me as I needed extra freezing etc. This included repairing a significant cavity first. Always just very pleasant to deal with, explain everything and flexible with scheduling.

Honestly, I had a really good experience here today. I came in for emergency treatment with a broken tooth, and both Dr. Gill and her assistant Emma were great — professional, kind, and easy to feel comfortable with.They took great care of me and were able to save my tooth, which I truly appreciate. The whole visit went smoothly, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful as well.I left feeling relieved and grateful. I’d definitely recommend this clinic.

One of the best dental experience I ever had. The first person to see you than the dentist and the hygienist were all very professional and knowledgeable and took good care of my teeth. Simran Grewal did a great great job in cleaning up my teeth and teaching me how to floss and brush properly. I will surely visit the clinic again and go for same hygienist.
