Before switching to Aurora, we had another dentist we'd been going to for a long time and were quite attached to, so we were hesitant about trying a new dentist. The whole family's been going here for at least 5 years now and staff have been consistently kind, friendly, and even receptive to constructive criticism (especially Tanja! She makes an effort to remember even small talk, and really makes sure your teeth are clean every visit). Whenever I ask questions, they never rush me or express feeling inconvenienced. :)
