The team was professional, on-time, and kept us well-informed on progress for the project. This was not a small project - my backyard is featured prominently on the website and facebook pages.As mentioned, in 2020 we noticed erosion of some of the stones in the pool area. Jon was initially receptive to the issue, came to the house to inspect and mentioned that he had never encountered this problem before. In that initial meeting, he said that Cambridge had always done right by the customers and not to be concerned. Cambridge came out and inspected.However, the response that eventually came back was that while neither Jon nor Cambridge could explain the issue, they determined it was attributable to me, even though only approximately 20% of the product is affected. They said they would not cover any replacement expenses and warranty doesn't cover any of the issues (again, unable to explain what the issue is). Jon mentioned to me personally that he was disappointed in Cambridge's response, and would need to re-think using them for future customers.Unfortunately, we've had to get lawyers involved to hopefully resolve. Jon's website says it all - they are not the low bidder. Unfortunately, the second part just hasn't proven true - we didn't get what we paid for, and in fact blamed for something that is clearly a product issue. Less

Over the years, he has installed a paver walkway and corrected a problem we had with the walkway/house settling because it was a new house at the time and also pavers in the rear patio area. He also installed 3/4" redstone along the side of the 275' driveway, in the rear, in the front garden and along the side of the house. Additionally he installed Cambridge Edgestone in the front garden areas. Also he installed an in ground drainage system and screened topsoil/ grass seed along the driveway to protect the driveway edging.
