Decent company overall. I’m not really sure how to feel about the service. Requested a tune up that turned into damage found that led to filing a claim. My insurance, Travelers, came out and said they did not find such a thing. Turned into a dispute and multiple calls to me behind the scenes. Claim was approved but Travelers did not find storm damage. A few weeks later, the new roof was installed. Issue 1: massive debris caught in my attic and there was no cleanup. This led to debris blowing out my vents for a few weeks. Issue 2: new pipe boot and attic fan installed. This new attic fan shakes my entire house when turns on. I contacted the company about it but received no response. I initially called to replace my pipe boot but this turned into something I’m not sure I needed.

Don and his crew expressed great Communication and completed the roof repair in one day they worked on our rubber roof, will definitely be contacting them again for our shingles would definitely recommend to family.

Don, Ruben and their entire team did a great job replacing our roof. They explained everything they would be doing and answered all of our questions. Don was extremely helpful in helping me understand and fill out the insurance paperwork. Clean up was great, no nails or trash left behind. The entire team was very friendly and professional. Don and his team did a great job with not just the install of the new roof but the cleanup as well. From the beginning, Don helped facilitate the insurance claim process and met with the inspector to assist in any way. He also helped me walk through the paperwork end and any questions that I had. The team did an amazing job on the roof, extremely professional. Don was even out there assisting with the clean-up and checking over the final product. I would highly recommend them!
