Our dryer vent exists the roof so its important to make sure this line remains clear. We've experienced another company that just was a "blow & go", never checking the line to the roof. Well with Dirty Ducks it was like night and day between services. They include pulling the dryer away from the wall and cleaning behind it, checking the vent connections, and cleaning the vent at the roof exit. (Yes he went on the roof)!! For many of us, the dust bunnies and the "sock" your dryer ate, will be cleaned and found 😄So happy to have him as my trusted vent cleaning service. Michael did our vents and discovered why a bedroom wasn't heating and cooling. The vent was plugged from the prior vent cleaner who ripped it up and created a clog! Michael is very professional and does a marvelous job, he even sanitized the vents and showed us on the camera it was sparkly clean! If you need your ducts and dryer vent cleaned you can rest assured it will be done properly and professionaly! Dirty Ducts is the BEST we have ever used! You will be very happy with Michael!

TL;DR Phenomenal. Mike was thorough, prompt, courteous, and communicative before during and after. He is the epitome of what you want from anyone servicing your home or home of a loved one.I've only made a couple reviews before, my mother got this service at her house and she was happy with the work, but she isnt allergic to dogs so notices a passive "fresh". My wife and I (who are) can breathe in her home effortlessly now and we could even smell the petrichor (smell of rain) inside the closed home. Comfortable barely begins to describe it, inflammation has gone down, everyone including the critters feel calmer, less coughing (even with the smoke from the fires!).Mike was so beyond courteous, he was conscientious of pets and not scaring them, courteous of sleepers on an early morning appointment. He communicated super clearly about timing of arrival (there was a huge downpour, one that it would have 100% been valid for him to cancel) instead, just told us a buffer of 30min(wow!) crushed it getting 20min early to even that. The downpour caused a large backup of water to get sucked into the drain line, our drain line tape failed. Not only did he text us after hours, HE CAME BACK. This man is a legend of a serviceman, I don't know the most distinguished title I could give him, but.. yeah. Above and beyond scratches the surface.Thank you for taking awesome care of my mom, Mike.
