New valves under kitchen sink.

Very quick response. Expert routine maintenance on our oil burner after we discovered that our hot water was not recharging. It’s always best to brace ourselves for the final bill. It only seems high when we first look at the price. But when we get nearly instantaneous response from people who are so nice, and so qualified, and so quickly produce such outstanding results, it’s best to pause and always remember that we get what we pay for.

I was having compressor issues with a 2 year old water heater. They were able to come the following day, checked it out, reached out to the manufacturer, and processed all the needed steps to have the part replaced under warranty. Everything was explained along the way. They also replaced a clamp that was placed by another plumber (since it was not the correct type) and had started allowing a small leak!

I spoke with Beth, she was friendly and professional. I sent pictures and received a quote quickly. I really appreciated that, really no need to send a worker to examine and quote a shower spout and valve, waste of time. The plumbers arrived on time and were professional and thorough.
