Organising a 5,000 capacity event is never easy but the reassurance, organisation and expertise from Shaun & his team made our event seamless.I often find for events when searching for suppliers there always needs to be 2-3 external suppliers to make one idea work. We had the BEST experience with Hire the Barman. We hired them for my mums 70th birthday party and they were so accommodating, professional and the drinks were excellent! We had a specialist cocktail waiter, barman and servers - all were superb and we had many compliments on the service and drinks.Big thanks to Shaun and the team for making it such an unforgettable event!

We used Hire the Barman for our christmas party, they were great! Shaun was really helpful with deciding the cocktail menu and added some fancy extras such as smoking and colour changing cocktails! On the night the team ran the bar really well, catering with everybody's needs, especially when it came to the end of the night and everybody was giddy! Great communication throughout planning and on the night. Will definitely use again on our next event! Thank you
