Unfortunately - the box arrived split open - the duck food split open as well and some of it must have poured out in the delivery van - not sure what happened - probably happened during delivery unfortunately - so cant really rate!

Great range of products. Fast delivery, reasonable prices, well packaged and chickens love the seeds, not in enormous bags which makes it much easier to keep them fresh. Thank you!

Brinvale is the only company I ever buy peanut granules from; they're just the right size, particularly for the blue tits which we're hoping to get massed by when this year's crop of young starlings has gone! (The great spotted woodpeckers are very partial to them, too.) Premium insect suet pellets go down a treat with everybody, & I've just started to use the Safe4 disinfectant to help ensure that everything is safe and hygienic for everybody. Don't forget that Brinvale stocks the marvellous Vale Wildlife Hospital's hedgehog food as well - the only one that we've found our hoggies will eat! The sample bags are always fun ~ as is some of the packaging: 'Time to unbox!' ~ and we've sometimes given them to folk who don't know about Brinvale. The next day service is invaluable, and superbly reliable. All good!👍

Brinvale are a great company, the food, feeders and other brilliant stuff for our wildlife. Delivery is very quick, and there are sometimes little extras in your parcel. The birds love the fat balls as they are made from good quality ingredients, there are all types of feeders so a lot to pick from. I shall continue to buy from Brinvale I’m very satisfied.😀

Have been a customer of Brinvale for many years ordering seed, peanuts, suet blocks, fat balls, nesting boxes, seed feeder and nesting material. Always been impressed by the items which are loved by the wildlife here. We love to watch the birds pulling out the nesting material and taking it off to their nest( the nests must be so cosy!) We have recommended Brinvale to many people who comment on all the birds that are attracted to our feeders and will continue to do so. Excellent delivery service too!

I have been using Brinvale for some years now to feed my Swans, Ducks, Geese…and a couple of friendly Crows! The service is ultra reliable and the food is excellent quality and enjoyed by all the birds. Primarily my focus is on my Swans but the other birds enjoy the food too. I have become quite well known through doing this every day and a reliable service is absolutely essential to me. With Brinvale I receive a superb next day service which is essential for me as I use a lot. Packaging is perfect and it is very easy to order through the website. Any questions I have needed to ask have been promptly and helpfully answered by the excellent Customer Support. I cannot recommend Brinvale high enough and am very grateful for the service I receive.

I have bought quite a bit from Brinvale including bird and dog products but recently bought some tom chambers fat balls which were absolutely solid, the birds haven't touched them. The last ones I bought were the suet which the birds loved. I rang to see if I could return them in exchange for something else but the man I spoke to said he'd get someone to ring or email me but I've heard nothing, he didn't sound keen on helping which is such a shame as I won't be buying anymore products from them.
