My kids have been going to Gracie Barra Aliso for 2 years now, it’s been amazing watching them grow in their confidence and abilities as they were welcomed into a team that feels more like a family every day. The professors and coaching staff are a true high point of the program. From my shy 4 year old daughter to adults looking to try the same Jiu-Jitsu they’ve been hearing about for years, all are met at their levels with an approachable and structured method that works for everyone I’ve seen try it. My son has gone to both the Irvine HQ location and to Professor Pedro's gym in Aliso Viejo for 2 years (1x/wk and 2x/wk, respectively).While both are fantastic for energetic kids, this GB has been especially exceptional with the discipline and fundamental mechanics aspect of the art.My son used to struggle with dealing with a school bully. He's now 8yo, he's surpassed all of our expectations in BJJ proficiency and now enjoys beating up his dad on a regular basis! 😂😂
