Andy Price completed a home loan for me in July 2025. The process went very smooth and it was ready to close even before it needed to close. I got a great rate and bought another rental property in August 2025 and he found me a great low payment DSCR loan for me and my business partner. Excellent work and excellent rate. I have used Wells Fargo on a number of properties and was ready to use them again this time. My agent reccomeded Andy and said "he is the best." And my agent was right. Andy found a rate a full percentage point lower than what Wells wanted to lock me in for.Andy saved me thousands of dollars.
