Tom was absolutely phenomenal. I rarely leave reviews but these guys were so professional, clean, prompt and communicated well. I knew when he was coming (within a window) which was confirmed day of with the office, and the work was done quickly and well. He even explained to me ways to keep the water flowing better and walked through the house and gave me quotes on fixing other things that are not immediate needs but definitely should get fixed. We will absolutely be having them back for other plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

He arrived on time, was courteous, and took the time to explain every step of the sewer inspection process. Since there was no outside access to the sewer cleanout, he carefully removed a toilet inside the home and used state-of-the-art camera equipment to inspect the sewer line all the way to the city connection.The inspection revealed a significant break in the sewer line where wastewater was leaking into the surrounding ground instead of reaching the municipal sewer system. Had an unfortunate mishap that resulted in our main sewer line getting completely clogged, the entire house was backed up. Realized this at about 8pm on a week night in a house of five. Called Prodigy Sewer & Drain, and glad I did. From the initial contact, Mark was extremely pleasant to work with. Responsive, polite, friendly, and the communication was fantastic. Crew came out to address the issue, and they were also great to work with. Also kind, punctual, knowledgeable, and attentive. The issue turned out to be worse than initially thought. Prodigy immediately updated me with a summary of the issue and recommendations with reasonable cost estimates. They then immediately got to work and fixed the issue.If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate position of needed a sewer and drain specialist, highly recommend Prodigy. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.

Excellent Service. Sales and technician on time, professional but personal service, did an excellent job. Cleaned up and you cannot even tell they were there.I had a massive mess. I had cast iron drain pipes under the floor in the slab and Inaccessable outside due to building additions. Mark and his team are excellent. They came out for free and ran the camera thru all the pipes and we identified each line attaching to the trunk. I was given a price and it was very reasonable and did not change.They came in and had to open my side walk and a place in front yard to do the procedure. Pipes under my floors in the slab and all the way to my new 6 inch clean out in the front near the sidewalk were lined with a PVC type liner. This was over 160 feet of pipe. I got videos of the job and it looks line new pipe throughout. The sidewalk and lawn were put back as before. The sidewalk even matches. Could not ask for better work and communication.
