They follow through 100% with what they promise regarding workmanship, quality of work and guarantees on products offered.
If you have a query or issue Norman gets back to you ASAP as he has said he strives to build long term relationships with his clients and it shows through his quality of work and service delivery.
Not like most contractors who virtually ignore you once all money owed to them is paid.
