This service was great and much more reasonably priced than other services I researched. The driver was prompt and very kind, pleasant and professional. The hospital required the driver to wait in the lobby during the whole procedure, which ended up taking 4 hours. I'm so grateful that such a service exists and I couldn't be happier with the perfectly excellent service I received. Thank you! Thank you!

I had a very nice experience with my driver, Karar. He arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and courteous, and made the entire ride very pleasant and comfortable. He drove safely, communicated clearly, and created a welcoming atmosphere throughout the journey. I really enjoyed my experience and would be happy to have him as my driver again in the future.

Karar is a really good driver. He is very courteous. I could use him all the time if possible. I really like your company. I asked my insurance to switch from H&M to your company. I’m glad I did.

Loved this medical transport, Karar was friendly, kind, and very helpful getting me and my wheelchair in and out. He even helped open doors for me as the clinic I was going to wasn’t fully accessible. I’m very grateful to have had Karar as my driver and could not recommend this company more. The other transport services I’ve used in the past were always late to the point of needing to cancel my appointment—this driver got me there on time and was even understanding when my appointment ran over. Very thankful to Karar!
