I've been a patient at Fashioned Health for nearly a year. After having been a patient at two separate TRT clinics and one endocrinologist, this office is by far the best and I'll explain why.Dr. Caraballo and his staff are professional, diligent, and extremely accommodating. When you call his office the phone rings once, and you're actually talking to a human on the other end, instead of hearing a touch-tone menu. The office has free parking located in downtown Elmhurst which helps you avoid the congestion of city life. The office is tidy and efficient. The examination rooms are immaculate and very contemporary.Regarding your visit, Dr. Caraballo is always punctual and has incredible bedside manner. Contrary to the industry standard, he actually allots enough space between appointments to spend quality time with each patient by hearing their concerns and addressing each need accordingly. Lastly, he takes a very thorough approach towards addressing any health issues by placing his patients' well-being first, and tailoring a plan to meet everyone's individual needs. To say the least, Dr. Caraballo is uncommon amongst uncommon professionals in his field. He stands out by prioritizing one principle, place the patient first.
