I had the best experience at Mayfair gearbox automatic section.From the day I made my 1st telephone call, the Telephonist was very empathetic, understanding & helpfull.Upon arrival I was received by Tyron (Consultant)who made me feel at ease & assured me that my car was in safe hands.My car was then referred to William (Consultant)who compiled the quotes, submitted them to the warranty company.....My claim was rejected as an exclusion on the cover then Rozante (Manager)stepped in & reassured me that she would fight it to the end.....William & Rozante kept me updated with the process & I was now expected to settle the bill myself but Rozante kept on reassuring me that all will work out in the end.I have never prayed so hard in my life & one morning the Manager from the dealership where I bought the car called & confirmed that they will take full financial responsibility for the repairs of the car, I thought I was dreaming....Rozante confirmed those great news.The repair started & I am happy to say I received my car in a good condition.The team was empathetic, understanding, patient & made me feel like I was the only customer they were dealing with.Mayfair Gearbox Johannesburg please never cease to do good to others for your business to grow higher & higher.Rozante, William, Tyron & The Telephonist you made me smile again, may you all remain BLESSED in ABUNDACE Amen.
