Another great season an NNCF! Many thanks to all the coaches for quality coaching & instruction, meeting each one of the members exactly where they’re at. I wasn’t able to train for about 6 months due to health reasons & then injury and NNCF made all the workouts possible & challenging. I love NNCF & would highly recommend to anyone learning looking for a new challenge!

I drop in here 1-2 times a year while on vacation, probably for about 4 years now! I always look forward to coming back because the coaches are super welcoming and the community makes it easy to feel right at home. Workout was tough (in a good way) and I loved the added skill work!

It was a nice experience keeping in mind it was my first time to CrossFit. The group was very energetic and welcoming and I really enjoyed the atmosphere. I’ll have to try it at least one more time to have a better perspective. Overall it was a mix of hard workouts and fun.

I joined NNCF this year mainly looking for a place to do the CrossFit open. So kind of a self centered reason but quickly realized this place was special. The coaching is consistent and spot on, corrections and cues are provided when needed at every level. The vibe and sense of being part of something bigger than yourself is how i remember my first gym in 2012. The social media presence is interactive and supportive. The cold bath, sauna, and free coffee are a plus. I look forward to my hour daily not only for physical fitness but for mental health. Have to say this place has become my favorite thing about Naples.

The gym overall is awesome. Great vibes. The highlight for me is Chanel Sandoval. Not only is her personal training awesome but she is also a phenomenal nutrition coach. She highlights habits and realistic achievements. Small changes each day turn into long terms success. With her, I have noticed great changes in my bloodwork and muscle tone!
