Electrify My Home replaced our old gas furnace with an electric heat & cooling system.From the beginning, they were great. Nic provided a very comprehensive presentation and walked us through the process. They provided an initial estimate, then came for a home visit to verify a few things. The estimate did not increase. We were able to schedule an install for the following week. They also coordinated some asbestos removal work we needed done. Communication was quick and thorough.The installation was done by Xavier and his team of 4. INCREDIBLE. Very respectful of our space-- at the end of the day, even on the days where they were cutting holes in the wall or dragging out old equipment, you couldn't tell they were here. Xavier was also great with communicating each day's activities and hours, and was mindful of my working from home and family dog. At the end of the job he walked through and explained how to use the system, as well as next steps for our permitting and inspection processes. There was a problem with a disconnected hose that was taken care of the next day. They also noticed some the asbestos abatement was not completed, and took care of communicating with the vendor to correct it.Nic called to follow up and make sure everything was working well a few weeks after the install.Would definitely recommend Electrify My Home! They are great to work with.

Shout out to Jay, always helpful, awesome electrical guys David and Dominic, and the workers who installed our heat pump and water heater last fall. In April we had a major electrical problem and PGE had no idea when they would send service. (Still waiting!) Larry took it on himself to have a back up water heater installed. EMH made sure we had a working refrigerator and hot water to make life bearable while we wait for PGE’s assessment. Thanks Larry and the EMH team!

David M and Thomas W installed my heat pump water heater and did a fantastic job. I am so happy with the way it looks and works! My garage was spotless-they did not leave a trace of any debris! Great job fellas!

Xavier (AKA X) is a great team leader and also cute. His soft 80's music was warming. When one of his team members asked him a question, he answered with a question. Traits of a great leader and trainer. Thomas blew us away once we figured out who his parents were. Couldn't believe the little kid is now a man with hair in his eyes and he did great work. Daniel was awesome figuring out our dumpster fire for a home. His smooth jazz voice put us at ease. Andre was awesome. We did feel bad that he was vertically challenged when working with the intake vent, but did a great job and it looks great. Dave (the electrician) and his padewan (sorry can't remember her) explained what they were doing, got our input and got the job done. Dominic was out initial contact and came into measure and crawl into our attic. The little fella fit great up there. We enjoyed having everyone at our house through this process. We have already recommended your services to our neighbors and have had them over for show and tell.Our new units have been working great and we are very happy with the experience and end product.Don & Megan Liggett
