Shout out to Jay, always helpful, awesome electrical guys David and Dominic, and the workers who installed our heat pump and water heater last fall. In April we had a major electrical problem and PGE had no idea when they would send service. (Still waiting!) Larry took it on himself to have a back up water heater installed. EMH made sure we had a working refrigerator and hot water to make life bearable while we wait for PGE’s assessment. Thanks Larry and the EMH team!

David M and Thomas W installed my heat pump water heater and did a fantastic job. I am so happy with the way it looks and works! My garage was spotless-they did not leave a trace of any debris! Great job fellas!

Xavier (AKA X) is a great team leader and also cute. His soft 80's music was warming. When one of his team members asked him a question, he answered with a question. Traits of a great leader and trainer. Thomas blew us away once we figured out who his parents were. Couldn't believe the little kid is now a man with hair in his eyes and he did great work. Daniel was awesome figuring out our dumpster fire for a home. His smooth jazz voice put us at ease. Andre was awesome. We did feel bad that he was vertically challenged when working with the intake vent, but did a great job and it looks great. Dave (the electrician) and his padewan (sorry can't remember her) explained what they were doing, got our input and got the job done. Dominic was out initial contact and came into measure and crawl into our attic. The little fella fit great up there. We enjoyed having everyone at our house through this process. We have already recommended your services to our neighbors and have had them over for show and tell.Our new units have been working great and we are very happy with the experience and end product.Don & Megan Liggett

2026 Update: The system they installed works great still, no surprises or issues after a year of ownership. Just had them out for annual service, price was competitive since they had a deal going on, and the technician Austin was super friendly and helpful, and provided some recommendations to make sure that I'm getting the most out of my system. Still a great company, and glad they haven't been bought out like a lot of the other HVAC companies. We love a good local business.2025: I'll admit I was skeptical at first. Skeptical about heat pump sizing not being able to heat my home adequately. Skeptical that my attic space was too small and wouldn't fit anything of substance. My uninsulated Rio Vista house with a tiny attic was not a prime candidate for central air. Two other companies said they couldn't even do what I was asking for. But EMH knocked it out of the park! Larry and Alex walked me through their plan, first virtually and then in person with a technician, and they answered my literal dozens of questions I had throughout the project, working through all of the nuances that came up during the design and install. Their installers were friendly, very flexible around our dogs in the yard, they kept the house clean as they worked. Communication was excellent, even when I was out on vacation for one of the installation days. They worked with the local air district to find me the best grants I qualified for, and literally everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful, including the front desk, scheduling, and billing people. I highly recommend EMH for so many reasons. We now have centrally ducted heating and cooling, via heat pump, going to each room, and even the bathroom, and all with sufficient air flow and comfortable temperatures in every room, all nicely balanced after I requested for them to make a few adjustments since one room was initially a bit warmer than the others. Also, they came out during both rounds of permitting inspections to make sure they could address any issues on the spot so that all the permitting would be approved the first time around. I was not asked to leave a positive review, or any review for that matter, but the work speaks for itself, and I'm so grateful for their willingness to make things work in my uniquely challenging space. I'm truly glad that I went with a local company, and I highly recommend EMH!
