I had an excellent experience with CC Electric in Caldwell. The receptionist, Monica, was incredibly helpful when an issue arose right around 4:30 PM, just as they were closing. She assured us they could get the problem resolved. Monica went above and beyond by staying after 5 PM and even calling us before leaving the office. The owner Keith, and Alex handled everything efficiently, making sure the issue was completely resolved. I’m really impressed with their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to customer service. Highly recommend!
