I had a business coaching call with Lisa the other day, and she listened so well. I always feel like Lisa is present when we chat. In fact, she reminded me of a conversation we had a couple of years ago, and I was amazed at the granularity of her memory that far back. When I say she ACTUALLY listens, I would have to say she is a top-notch listener. I mention listening, because most great coaching comes from truly understanding the issues--hence great listening. I believe Lisa's excellent insights to our identity and business are as a result of her hearing clearly, processing deeply, and helping us see what's hidden just under the surface.
