Very good service. We rang to enquire about a 'health check' for our solar panels, to check if they were operating at capacity. While it was not urgent, they were able to come the next day.Good communication to let us know they were on their way, and were infact earlier than planned.Very professional and knowledgeable service. Cooper was a qualified electrician that explained everything in an easy to understand manner about the solar panels and how they work. Gave us advice about how we could improve our electricity bill but without any hint of hard sell salesman 'crap'.Overall, very pleased to recommend Deionno. I highly recommend Deionno Electrical & Solar as an installer of solar panels and batteries. We received a visit from Curtis Sharam after asking the business to provide us with a quote – noting that some businesses I approached were not even willing to visit our property to quote before the installation process!Curtis arrived on time and genuinely listened to and considered our needs (and wishes) to develop two alternative proposals for our consideration. Both systems quoted for enabled us to obtain optimum results for what we were seeking to achieve. However, one quote was for a more budget-priced battery, whereas the second quote was for a premium, higher-quality battery. There was no pressure whatsoever from Curtis to accept the quote for the premium battery; he left the decision entirely up to us based on what was financially viable for us. He provided advice for the best placement of the solar panels and the batteries and was patient and thorough in answering the multitude of questions that we had. Curtis immediately provided a comprehensive written quote for our preferred option, as well as dates for the installation and notification of how many days the installation would take given the significant size of the system (43 solar panels and 48.35kWh of battery storage).Leading up to the installation, Curtis kept us informed about the progression of the approvals that were required in preparation for the installation and assurance that they were on track to perform the installation on the dates planned. After consulting with us, the installation was able to proceed one day ahead of the scheduled start date. This worked in our favour, because when removing old solar panels from our roof, it became apparent that the installer of these old panels had (incorrectly) drilled into and badly damaged a considerable number of our roof tiles. Curtis immediately notified us of this and discussed with us potential options to address the issue. As our preference was for the damaged tiles to be replaced, Curtis organised for the immediate delivery of new roof tiles and for the installation to extend to replacement of the damaged tiles before the new solar panels were installed. To accommodate the additional work, the trade team worked non-stop to complete the installation by the originally planned completion date. They removed the old solar panels from site as agreed and ensured that all debris was removed, leaving our property clean and tidy.The tradesmen who completed the installation were efficient, professional and polite, and the level of service we have received after the installation has been second to none. Curtis has been consistent in immediately replying to my text messages and phone calls when I have needed advice and help with our new system. Nothing has been too much trouble. Curtis also repeatedly followed up with our former electricity retailer after they failed/refused to acknowledge the installation of our new system and that our grid testing had been completed. We have since changed our electricity retailer and thanks to Deionno Electrical & Solar, we now have a solar and battery system that earns us $$$ instead of us paying extortionate costs for electricity.If you are considering the installation of solar panels and/or a battery, I strongly recommend Deionno Electrical & Solar. They are professional and reliable, and deliver a quality product with quality workmanship, and a fantastic after-sales service.

Getting Solar is a big financial decision I had to make on my own with only the internet to guide me- I had several companies visit my home or call me to persuade me. Curtis offered everything the others did and more. He took the time to explain what each component of the system did and how likely the benefit was compared to no solar - with many trees around my house and the A frame shaped roof. He was realistic and knew the business well. He also added a bonus which sealed the deal. The installation was incredibly efficient and done in a day! The workmen were professionals, friendly and answered all my many questions. It’s been 3 months of having solar and all my bill contains is the supply cost- I don’t pay for power anymore.
