Butler Jewelers is the only local jeweler I will deal with. They are the only local store that has in-house jewelers to do repairs, all of the other stores send their repairs off. I have been taking my jewelry repairs to them for years and they have always done excellent work for very fair prices. And based on my experience with them and their long-standing reputation within the community, I recently trusted them with ALLLLLL of my jewelry for appraisal purposes. They performed the appraisals in a timely manner and were extremely accurate. In the jewelry business, trust and reputation is EVERYTHING, and based on that, I KNEW I could 100% trust this 3rd generation business with my precious pretties! I trust them and you can, too. They are great people, they are extremely honest, and they will treat you right. They also have a very nice selection of beautiful jewelry at fair and affordable prices.
