Kristen is amazing! She really goes above and beyond for her clients. My house went on the market over a holiday weekend and had multiple offers by that Monday! She helped me make the best decisions to get the most possible out of my house. She helps navigate and problem solve when issues came up with renters and inspections. She helped me deal with my renters in the house that were not happy about my decision to sell. She worked with them to keep them as happy as possible and when the time came she even took on the uncomfortable situation of serving them the notice to move out!She stays on top of everything and make sure things are getting done to keep things in track for closing. Her market expertise, prompt communication, and genuine care made all the difference. I couldn't recommend her highly enough!

As a first time home buyer I was very nervous about starting this adventure, but Jeremy made the process so smooth and enjoyable! Chad Hauer & his wife Stephanie have worked tirelessly & been so very patient, flexible & respectful of my husband & I for at least 10 years. We’ve been thinking about downsizing & pursued several different options that failed. However recently, when we had the courage to present another offer, Chad was of course right there for us! Throughout this recent deal, Chad & his entire team were right there constantly communicating with & advocating for us thru a few failed deals with the 3rd one being successful! Jeremy with the Hauer Team helped us both by and sell our home. With the team's help during the buying process, we found a wonderful home in a timely manner. Some of it was stressful with contingencies but they helped us stay calm and communicated well with our sellers. When we sold our home, they provided great feedback for affordable changes that would make a big difference in price for selling and really brought out the best in our home with staging and great photographs. We were selling our home from the East Coast and they helped make the closing process seamless as well. Would highly recommend.
