We’ve been thinking about downsizing & pursued several different options that failed. However recently, when we had the courage to present another offer, Chad was of course right there for us! Jeremy with the Hauer Team helped us both by and sell our home. With the team's help during the buying process, we found a wonderful home in a timely manner. Some of it was stressful with contingencies but they helped us stay calm and communicated well with our sellers. When we sold our home, they provided great feedback for affordable changes that would make a big difference in price for selling and really brought out the best in our home with staging and great photographs. We were selling our home from the East Coast and they helped make the closing process seamless as well. Would highly recommend.

Working with Chad Hauer was easy, and we were never left wondering what was happening or what was needed next. His website/timeline is easy to follow, and his team reached out frequently to update us as well. At the beginning we were given a notebook that had several tips and suggestions to ease our way through the process.Text messages, calls and emails were always promptly answered. Even setting up the showings was easy with a simple text, and the appts were set for as soon as we could get into the homes.When we decided to make an offer, Chad quickly drew up the paperwork, so there was no waiting. Days before we closed there was a large storm, and he even hired someone to clean off the roof, because the seller's had already left the state. Coordination of the key turnover was simple, and he offered us a few convenient ways for us to collect the keys. After we closed, he has invited us to a few different events for his clients.I would highly recommend the Chad Hauer to anyone.
