We had Pat and his team out to install new gutters on a property. Right from the beginning Pat was very communicative, letting us know the price and timing for the job up front. Even when a change of date was needed, he communicated early and let us know the new date. As for the job itself, Pat and his team were professional from the get go, keeping us up to date on progress, and making sure we were happy with the work. At the end of the job they cleaned up and removed all the old gutters and left the place as they found it, complete with lovely new and functional gutters.In addition to the gutters, Pat and his team also did some dry verging on a gable end of our place. Again, they did an impeccable job, protecting our property from the elements. Many thanks again to Pat and his team.

The verge on the gable of my house had begun to crumble away and rot had established itself in the facia board. Only half a day took them to fix the end rows of the angular roof tiles, damaged by the storm, secure them with dry verge and clean the gutters inside-out. We had an issue with our roof that in windy conditions tiles would lift and smack, loosing or causing damage to the tiles and creating lots of noise. Pat and his team removed every tile on the roof and re-installed, nailing and clipping every single tile so that each one is securely in place no matter the weather.Pat was very professional, knowledgeable and great to deal with from start to finish.
