5 Star ! Only relocated from east coast 6 months ago. Since then we have actually used 4 pool services. As usual went to Google to get reviews. Found a couple fictitious posts but most all were 5 star for Neptune pressure washing and pool services Finally to our rescue we found and secured Neptune pressure washing and pool services. Nothing is a problem. Weekly every aspect of our pool is completely and professionally checked. Pump went bad and hours later a new one was installed. Chemicals are always exact and found their service is worth every penny we pay. Which by the way was cheaper than 3 of the other 4 companies. We have been using Neptune Pool Services for going on four years now. We moved here from Denver and have never had a pool before so we knew nothing about maintaining one. Denise and her crew took over, instructed us, and were always able to answer our questions. We wanted to convert over to a salt system for chlorination. They installed a system and it has been working fine. We needed a new pump as the old one bought the farm. They installed a new one and it is still working fine. Our old electric heater finally gave up the ghost and they installed a new Hayward heat pump. Awesome and really nice on the electric bill. Then the pool light went out and we had them install a new LCD color low voltage light. It has added a whole new nighttime dimension to the lanai atmosphere. Our popup cleaners started breaking due to age. They replace each one. In essence, they have helped us recondition an older pool and extended the life, usefulness, and ambiance for years to come.
