Christian(s) team did a good job repairing my 600 sf den in one of my rental homes after a chimney fire and water damage from firemen. They were timely, kept me updated with pictures, and reasonable rates.Repairs were extensive, replacing a ceiling with rafters/sheet rock / decking for the roof and a metal roof/ soffit/facia and replacing the floor with vinyl planks.
