Had an amazing expierence with Heartstone and specifically Morgan and Rodrigo!Needed to get a quick fix on a section of my roof flashing that had been damaged by the recent NOVA weather. They came out next day to do the free estimate, take photos, examine the damage and surrounding area and walked me through the whole process. Showing me exactly what the problem was, how they were going to solve it, and then giving me a very competitive estimate for the work.Their communication and scheduling was also very efficient and we were set up to get the repair scheduled within 48 hours of me first noticing the issue.Day of they took multiple pictures to show me the area pre and post work to ensure I understood what had changed and made an excellent effort in color matching the brand new shingles to my older roof.10/10 Repair and hassle-free process. I am a first-time home buyer and when my roof started to leak, causing damage in my ceiling. I reached out to many roofers and Morgan of Hearthstone Home Improvements was the first to respond and even came out that day to check it out. He has been with me every step of the way, (I want to say almost a full year) he took over and would speak with insurance and fought for me to get full coverage. He really listened and understood my circumstances and knowing this was my first real big home repair. He made it so I could understand what is going on and that I understood every process along the way, so I would not get overwhelmed. I finally got fed up waiting for insurance and knowing Hurricane season was coming so we figured out a way to get my roof replaced and he did not just leave it at that. After the roof was completed and taking photos of more damage to send to insurance, he was able to get me more from insurance. The roof looks great better than it did, Morgan and his team did an awesome job at replacing the roof along with picking up all garbage that they had from material. They respected my neighbors who asked what company I went with and I showed his card to them. They took photos because I was not going to lose a way to contact him when I need more repairs on the house.
