I just wanted to post an update to my last review regarding a garment that had been damaged in dry cleaning. The owner of the cleaners reached out extremely quickly to me after I posted - with sincere apologies as he had been unaware of what had transpired. He took complete responsibility for the damage to my article of clothing and worked very hard to help me resolve the situation. Although my pants could not be repaired for future wear, he helped me to quickly replace them with the most similar pant I could find by the same designer at no cost to me. Chris was sincere, helpful and kind. Out of hundreds of thousands of garments cleaned by his business each year, damage occurs to maybe one or two pieces. Although they were my beloved pants and I will miss them terribly, I am satisfied with the resolution as things are just things and honesty and integrity are most important to me above all else. Thank you for the speedy resolution!

Customer service was excellent! I was thrilled that they got the stains out of one of my favorite sweaters. The access to 24/7 dry cleaning is something I have never seen before.Very usual tool for busy people on the go
