This allowed Tristan to identify damage that was overlooked by the adjuster. Zippering was one such item. The prior roofing company workers from several years back had failed to remove numerous plastic strips under the shingles they had installed. Not removing the strip prevented the shingles from adhering to each other. This allowed a strong wind during a storm to lift up shingles and allow water to get beneath the shingles. Tristan’s coordination with the adjuster resulted in a valid claim. Another roofing company had reviewed our roof for damage and advised us that the damage was not enough to bother contacting our insurance company. Tristan expedited getting the necessary roofing materials and installation team to our home and replaced our roof in a single day. When they came out to provide an estimate, they proactively added a tarp on a section to prevent further damage. They worked with my insurer and replaced my roof in one day and on time. This is the second time we have had Brock work on our roof. Both times he responded to our inquiry right away and was able to come out and assess the issue. This latest time he provided 3 possible solutions and we decided to go with re-caulking the flashing first before replacing it as it looked good still. He is very honest and hard working. New 6inch gutters really make a big difference when it rains hard because we have a large steep roof!! I had recieved price quotes from two other contractors, and Troy's company gave me the best price. Troy was very professional and I had my house fixed in a day. I asked him if his company knew how to put down TPO. He lied and said yes. Two weeks later it rained. Now Instead of one leak now I have two leaks and the TPO is coming up off the roof. I was told by another roofer that if we were to have a strong wind storm the TPO will blow completely off my roof. I have pictures where the roofer literally lift the TPO up, showing me that it was not sealed down at all. Now I have to find another roofer to do the job that Whitt Roofing and Restoration couldn’t do but got paid to do. I’ve been calling Whitt Roofing and Troy have been avoiding my calls. As far as I’m concerned he’s nothing but a con man and a liar that would take you for your money and run. So beware of this company Whitt Roofing and Restoration. And don’t deserve the one-star I gave them. Less

Whitt roofing repaired a leak in my roof this spring. They were less than half the price of other bids, were professional, on time, and completed the work quickly!

Whitt Roofing repaired our roof in April 2019. They did an excellent and expedient job! I would happily hire them again.
