We recently had Whitt Roofing out to take care of ridge vent leaks that happened after the high winds moved thru Mt. Vernon. It was determined that we needed to replace the old aluminum vents with newer style vents. We are leak fee and very pleased with the work and communications. Will be using Whitt to replace the entire roof in the next couple of years. Job well done!!!

Overall amazing experience with this company! Tristan was great at communicating with not only us, but our insurance to get the best possible coverage to repair our roofing after a bad storm. As soon as insurance gave the approval, a team was out here working on our roof. There was a small chimney left up that was to be removed. I informed Tristan and he sent someone back out to have it removed immediately to ensure we were happy with our services. We are almost a year out now and our roof looks amazing! Highly recommend this company and their services.

I had a very negative experience with this company. There were multiple workmanship issues, and I did not feel comfortable paying in full before corrections were addressed, which required hiring an independent inspector.During this process, I received a threat of a lien from the owner over the Thanksgiving holiday because payment was not made immediately, despite unresolved concerns. The pressure, lack of accountability, and overall handling of the situation were extremely stressful.I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution, get everything in writing, and not rely solely on the volume of positive reviews.

The whole process was effortless and professional. They were patient with us while we we secured our own financing. Once we did, Justin scheduled us immediately. No delays, no issues. The crew showed up at 7am and there was no trace of them after they pulled away at 4, and this included a full tear-off and re-decking with OSB. They were extremely thorough about cleaning up.I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them.

Let’s just say from start to finish this company has been the easiest company I’ve ever had to work with when having a roof done. They handled everything from the Insurance down to letting me pick the color of my roof and Tristan was absolute joy to work with! There was a hiccup on the insurances side and the patients that this company had for waiting from the final check to be released to them was outstanding.
