Michael visited our new-construction home this week to conduct a pre-drywall inspection. He is very knowledgeable about the process and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He also explained the building process in detail, which helped ease some of our concerns. I'm not sure who answers their phones, but that person is very friendly and helpful. Overall, this company is one you should consider when having your home or business inspected.

Setting up an inspection took about ten minutes on the phone, and Jason was very professional and personable. I was able to get an inspection the next day, and a complete report the following day. Our Inspector, Andy, was very detailed and diligent, highly professional. I was able to attend the inspection, but tried to stay out of the way and watch and learn. Andy explained the process and criteria along the way, and directed his attention to several issues I brought up as well.Not sure how to answer the question rating the price I paid as I did not get competetive bids. Litehouse was at the top of the list sent by my agent. However, It seems to be money well spent becasue it uncovered some major problems that were not visible in a walkthru.
