Great company and lovely staff. They designed a stone for my father exactly how I wanted it. We experienced a long delay outside our control but nothing was too much trouble and expert advice was given. I would highly recommend this company.

Had a Headstone removed and reinstated with an additional inscription. The new lettering matches exactly with the original, from 30 years ago. All of the staff at Eden Memorials were very polite, helpful and efficient. I am very happy to recommend their services.

We recently had work done to add my dad David’s name to our family headstone, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. My dad originally arranged the stone for my grandparents but didn’t leave space for future names, so this meant adding a new wedge base and carefully transferring some of the existing wording. I was worried it wouldn’t match or would look like an add-on, but it’s completely seamless—you’d never know it wasn’t always like this.Seeing my dad’s name there alongside his parents means so much to us. The care and attention to detail is clear, and we’re really grateful. Highly recommend.

Written on behalf of Ethel Culling. At a difficult time, Eden Memorials recently helped us with a headstone to be placed at Westoe Cemetery. I think t was a bit of an unusual request in that one side of the headstone was for my husband with the reverse side for departed family members dating back to the 1920s.Lisa, Sean and the team could not have been more helpful, professional and compassionate in guiding me along the process. The final result is a beautiful headstone which has exceeded expectations and is a truly fitting remembrance for my loved ones.I would 100% recommend Eden Memorials and wish to thank them from the bottom of my heart for creating such a lasting memorial for generations to come.

We would like to thank Eden Memorials in South Shields for their excellent customer service. Staff were friendly, courteous, helpful and professional, both during our visits to the showroom and in our email and phone communications. We were given a clear breakdown of costs for the options we were considering, we weren't rushed and our requirements were clearly listened to.A really professional job was made of the memorial itself and of the installation. The completed design was just as the draft that had been created for us, based on our requirements, and we were impressed with the quality of the finished work.I am very glad we chose Eden Memorials as the service we received from could not have been better. We would therefore recommend them very highly.Carolyn and family

We recently contacted eden memorials about my grandads headstone .The stone has been sitting for 27 years and the paint has started to come away . My nan in her 80s didnt know who was the owner of the plot so they looked into this themselves . They visited my nan to have all the paperwork sorted instead of her having to travel. Communication was very professional and nothing was too much . They even kept myself updated aswell as my nan and didnt put any pressure on replies . Price was the best quote we had recieved and the stone didnt have to be removed like most quotes had requested from other people . We are absolutely over the moon with my grandads stone. It looks amazing and brand new again! Thankyou to Lisa and Shaun
