I have used Swanson Construction numerous times over the years. They provide the highest quality work, are flexible, and work with you and communicate every step of the way. They are always nice to your dogs too! Latest project was converting a screened in porch to a fully enclosed room adding valuable living space square footage.

We hired Swanson Construction to put up a 26' x 32' building on our property. They were very meticulous in their work from start to finish. We are very happy with the finished building. I would also like to mention that we were kept up to date on everything being done along with a phone call if they would not be on site for a day. Thru the entire project I believe they had 2 or 3 days of no work due to all day rain. They even worked thru a few light rain showers! We would highly recommend Swanson Construction!

Brian and Bruce did a fantastic job renovating the entire ground floor of my home. They installed a new vinyl floor throughout the level including the sunroom. They totally remodeled my kitchen with new everything as well as the master bathroom with a new linen closet and a new closet in the master bedroom. We moved to a house that needed significant restoration. Swanson Construction (SC) proved to be an excellent find. SC provided accurate plans, cost estimates and project completion over a two year period. Because of the quality, reliability and timeliness of its work, I also had Swanson Construction add a major addition to our home which included adding an elevator. Mr Swanson always showed up when he said he would and only once was late, when he had to take his wife to the emergency room. But even then he called me later that morning. For the restoration SC replaced siding, updated existing bathrooms, enclosed a loft area and added another bathroom. SC completely remodeled our kitchen from the bottom up. The addition was a complicated project involving load bearing walls, hurricane windows/doors (live on the beach) and the elevator shaft. Mr Swanson managed subcontractors without my need to intervene, obtained all local, county and state approvals.
