One vet doesn't speak English and does not have a translator. Another vet canceled a surgery 16 minutes before the appointment time due to being "out sick." The vet then sent me these WhatsApp's telling me to find a new vet. I canceled the wellness plans immediately and asked for a pro-rata refund of the time remaining on the plan; Dogventurez refused.Dogventurez also delayed turning over my dogs' medical records so I could give them to my new vet. I waited 3 days for an answer, messaged again, and then they made several excuses for the delay and did not send complete records (I had to ask).Dogventurez opened a police case against me for this review. The police investigated and determined no issue with this review and closed the case.

My dog recently had surgery with Dr. Azat, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Dr. Azat was informative, friendly, and supportive.
