clinic with some growing pains and loads of new docs joining. due the set up we could def not go there with our reactive dog since the waiting area is small, right next to main reception and pretty much all the staff is passing nonstop. we did however go there with our 2 small dogs which were fine. our pom had some dental procedure done but we actually went there to get his ears treated. he got 2 different diagnosis by 2 different doctors, since the first doc prescribed a daily cleanser to use daily with Q tips which we later on learned was more damaging than any good. second doc prescribed every possible medicine to relief and cure the (now also infected!) ears. after that we spent altogether around few thousand dirhams and our dog was worse than before and we had 0 root cause indicated besides "it might be an allergy". it is heartbreaking to see our dog going through so much discomfort for over a month which might felt like an eternity for him. Once approached management, there was the usual "it is a long procedure, you visited to many different vets (but got actually told that their 2nd vet would be better for the case). no reimbursement or any sort of taking ownership for this pointless visits that only made our situation worse. I am always here to support a new business but also learned my lesson to not do it at the cost of my pets happiness. Less

Thanks to Dr.Rokas, the 1st time she met him he did not force her at all and in-fact gave her treats and tried to gain her trust. Even though it was only consultation, he stayed with us for almost 40 mins so that he could spend time with kia and answer all the questions on our list. For him this surgery must be super easy as he has done it multiple times but not once he made us “oh it’s just a easy surgery”. For first time dog owners we felt very good about this and we were worry free when we left kia for the surgery. We also opted for 2 laser sessions post her surgery which definitely helped her in healing faster. we were so worried about her weight, but thanks to Nurse Hayley she has been helping us with her weight management and she has already reduced 1 kg post her surgery which is so surprising to us as everyone told us her weight will increase. . Kia never allowed any dog to sniff her because of fear / trauma of being humped. But after spaying, on her 2nd day itself she started being so comfortable with all kinds of dogs and even humans. It's like she knew i don't need to fear anything now. She is back to her old self and we will always be thankful to Dogventure & Dogventure clinic for such an amazing experience 😇 Less

This is the best place to take your pet to! The most friendly staff, awesome vets and nurses. Go above and beyond to help you and help you understand things about your pet. My Doggo goes for Hydro therapy and she loves going to get cuddles by everybody at the vet clinic. They also have Esaad card discount. Best place to go!

I absolutely recommend this place . So far i had amazing experience with them. They are very friendly and very professional. I felt very comfortable taking my GSD there. The nurses and the doctor really care about the dog health. The grooming staff did excellent job with my dog. Really all the staff there are very professional. The place is clean and big.
