My daughter started when she was 18m old all the way to the kindergarten. We loved this place. She got lots of new friends, learned lots of songs, alphabet, numbers etc, but most importantly learnt how to share, respect others and follow some rules. My children have been attending Springstone for almost 4 years now. I have had all 3 of my children enrolled at this school through that time and have had no issues or complaints with the staff, management or school system thus far. We have loved having our kids there, and my older just finished kindergarten and was totally prepared for it when he started, and succeeded throughout the year, thanks to his prep at Springstone. We have requested the same teachers for all of our kids- Ms Bryanna and Ms Molly- because they are so kind, patient, and communicative about our kids needs. I've been waiting to write this review, since my twins first started at Springstone Montessori back in 2021, because I wanted to provide a comprehensive and honest review. Now my kids are in their last week, after 3.5 years, which in itself can vouch for our experiences. TLDR: Ms. Bryanna and Ms. Molly in the Oak Room and Ms. Justine and Mr. JC in the Cedar room have really helped my kids flourish, gain independence, and grow confidence. My kids are going into their kindergarten more than ready in meeting milestones. Each classroom has a vibe or different flavor and I recommend learning about the styles of each teacher so you can see which would be best fit for your child. The Administrative Team here has finally gotten their groove and are functioning and communicating well. I appreciate their hours of operation and that meals/snacks are included. Highly recommend for a quality and caring pre-school experience. Off the bat and in response to some previous 1-star reviews -Springstone's philosophy is not 100% strict Montessori values but it is their foundation and baseline.. which, for our parenting style of encouraging realistic independence, simplicity, and kindness.. worked perfectly for our family. If you're looking for 100% certified, monotone toys, and no technology whatsoever, then I would suggest looking at other Montessori schools or homeschools in town. We toured Springstone back in early 2020 in order to get our twins on the waitlist. Soon after, you can imagine the flux that ensued which affected waitlist experience and my initial impressions upon registration. Between 2021-2022, there was A LOT of transition between administration, ownership, teachers, and their communication systems. This caused quite a bit of stress for me as a parent trying to potty train and transition classrooms where teachers were not consistent. I almost pulled my kids out but I am happy that I ultimately did not. Since then, the dust seems to have settled and the school is now operating more consistently and with minimal disruptions. My son is in Cedar Classroom with Ms. Justine and Mr. JC. My son is more sensitive, does speech therapy, and best functions with a stable structure that allows for flexibility which Cedar provides. While challenging at first (age 3) and always anxious to go to school (would cry almost daily), he has grown to love attending school, has developed a good respect for authority and his teachers, grown in empathy, and made good friends. He is also learning very basic addition and subtraction which I appreciate that the teachers recognize and can challenge him with. Ms. Justine also encouraged me to bring his speech work into class where she had taken time to do additional work with him during their work cycles. Ms. Justine and Mr. JC are very approachable, authentically develop a rapport with the parents, and have a lot of patience. My daughter is in Oak Classroom with Ms. Bryanna and Ms. Molly. This classroom came recommended for my daughter who is bright, bubbly, social, quick to learn.. but was also very shy, lacked confidence in trying new things, and feared making mistakes. Over the last year she has definitely gained her confidence and found her voice. She's reading sight words, has made her good group of friends (whom I imagine and hope will remain friends beyond Springstone), has learned to become a leader, and has become more challenged academically. Ms. Bryanna and Ms. Molly certainly know how to remain cool in any situation and are always looking out for our kids' wellbeing and best interests. Overall, I really appreciate the transparency, communication, flexibility, and approachability that Springstone affords. They are a great resource for parents as both a childcare facility and also a stepping stone academic institution. Ms. Marissa, Ms. Cruz, and Ms. Kristen have been very accommodating and understanding of any requests, discussions, or other challenges that parents may have. I can understand why certain programs have been eliminated to become more in line with Montessori principles and that they're still trying to find the sweet spot balance between operations and programming. Springstone was recommended to us over 6 years ago by families who had sent their children here and whose kids transitioned from the school and did very well in their elementary years. We are happy we were able to send our kids here and that they are going to kindergarten with the tools, mindset and values, and resources they need to do well in their coming years. Less

After almost 4 years of our daughter attending Springstone, the staff here truly became an extension of our family and a staple of our only child's early upbringing. This was her first and only preschool and her teachers were nothing short of incredible. Michelle was her very first, welcoming us with open arms and a natural gift for working with children. From potty training to life skills to basic education, she had our daughter's confidence at an all time high and was so very cherished! Moving onto the next class was probably more scary for us parents than our child, but we quickly learned we were in the best hands with Bryanna and Molly. These young ladies possess a level of patience, dedication and compassion a parent could only dream of for their little one- lucky for us, Oak room was a reality. And preschool graduation was a bittersweet moment for sure. I really love this school. My child is currently in oak room with Ms. Bryanna and Ms. Molly. They are absolutely wonderful and extremely caring individuals. My oldest daughter was also in oak room with Ms. Bryanna and has done extremely well in Kindergarten and in 1st grade scoring high on all her MAP tests with her academic foundation starting in the Oak classroom. She also takes the initiative to help and teach others in the classroom which is something that she learned during her time in montessori. I currently have my youngest daughter in oak room with Ms. Bryanna and Ms. Molly and we have seen so much growth with her and we look forward to having her there another year. Ms. Bryanna and Ms. Molly are part of the reason we stay at this facility. It's not the building that matters. It's the teachers who make the place what it is. Our 18 month old daughter loves going to Springstone Montessori School! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and they all make our daughter feel loved and cared for. Prior to Springstone, my daughter had daily meltdowns at drop off at her old daycare. But on day 1 at Springstone, she was calm and happy to be there! Within the first week, she had learned all the baby sign language and was finally able to communicate with us. She's only been at Springstone for a few months, but in that short amount of time, her vocabulary has increased immensely. She always comes home happy and with new words that she learned in school. Her teachers in the Birch classroom, Mr. Jordan and Ms. Natalie, are wonderful! Mr. Jordan is knowledgeable and is always helpful in giving us tips on how to continue the Montessori method at home. A friend referred me to SpringStone when I was looking to find the best school for my 21 month old daughter. I had never left my baby with anyone outside of family or close friends, so finding the right school was my #1 priority. Ms. Cruz gave my husband and I a tour of the school and thoroughly explained the Montessori way. I had toured other schools and none of them came close to this one. The overwhelming positive feelings I got while on that tour made me decide right then and there that this was the school for my baby girl. Ms. Cruz made the admin process so easy and painless. She was very sweet and was quick to answer any and all my questions. We were lucky enough to land a spot in the Willow classroom with teachers Ms. Ashley and Ms. Charmaine. They genuinely care about the kids and it's very obvious how much the kids love them back. My daughter has already learned so much from them in such a short time. My baby gets so excited for school days. It has made this whole process so much easier because she loves her teachers and classmates. Ms. Ashley and Ms. Charmaine are THE best! I also love the app that SpringStone uses called Child Care Seer. It gives you a play by play of how your child's day is going. Ms. Ashley and Ms. Charmaine are able to send pics throughout the day and I can reach them directly though the app if I have any questions or need anything. The food that they serve for breakfast lunch and snacks are amazing. My baby can be super picky but she actually loves the food. The teachers upload how much of each item your child consumes and you can see it on the app. It's actually helped give me ideas of some new things that she likes. I brought my son to Springstone when he was 18 months old. He was there until he turned 5 and now is in Kindergarten. He had Ms. Maria and Ms. Justine until he went into his preschool class at 3 years old and then was with Ms. Sherilyn, Ms. Je yu and Ms. Diana. At 3 they can transition over to the preschool class or sooner, but they need to be potty trained. They are a Montessori School, so favor hands on learning. All the teachers did a great job with my son. I can tell he is much more advanced in his K class verses some of the other kids and I attribute it to his time at this school. He also learned wonderful manners and is very good with his please and thank yous. They have changed some of their ways since Covid struck, with monitored temperatures etc. They did stay open during the entire pandemic and were flexible with my son's Father and I pulling him out of school. I loved being able to walk in, grab a cup of fresh coffee and talk to the front desk. Ms. Luci stands out as she was always very caring, knew my name within the first day or two of us being there and was very communicative on any issues. They had picnics at the nearby park, a ton of beautiful art projects, bake sales throughout the year, class visitors with animals. During the summer time they had "Water Day" in which they played outside with all of their friends in the water. I sure hope everything goes back to normal soon so they can resume all of this, if they haven't already. My son was at another school prior to us coming to Springstone and I had pulled him out due to get bit multiple times and bruised. I never had any of these issues once he started Springstone. He also was never sick compared to Always being sick at the other school. He had to get tubes in his ears months before coming here cause he was always so sick. Springstone is super clean. They always had professional cleaning companies in the building cleaning the rooms and the bathrooms. You can really tell a difference in the cleanliness compared to most schools. I only wish they had built on an extension to the school. At this location, they only go up to age 5 or until your child goes to Kindergarten. His Father and I would have kept him in this school longer if we could. We really loved it and it was our childs safe place throughout all of his younger growing. They did a fantastic job and we miss them very much. I highly recommend this school for your kiddo. Just make sure to reach out early before you want to put your child into this sort of school, as there tends to be a waitlist. We waited I think 6 months. They do give siblings priority. Less

My daughter's last day at this school was just this Friday. She woke up today saying how much she'll miss it there! Springstone Montessori teaches the basic values of compassion, kindness, courage, and love. I can see it reflected in my 4-year-old. She started going at age 2. There was a waitlist, and I am so glad we got in. I was not interested in applying to any other school. I believe in the Montessori system, and Springstone truly lived up to that concept. The school itself is not big, so it feels safe. Classes are small, and teachers always seem to have time to help and support each child. My daughter always tells me stories about what they do in school and she always has this passion in telling me what she learned. The teachers are warm and welcoming, and so are the staff. Our daughter started at Springstone when she was 18 months old. She came from home and had not been in daycare prior to this and struggled quite a bit with the transition. Her teachers, miss Erlie and miss Justine were amazing, patient and kind. They were so helpful not only with our daughter's transition, but also with us, the parents, transitioning to the new situation as well. They have meant the world to us and we stay in touch to this day. She then moved on to Miss Sherilyn, Miss Lakeitha and Miss Jie Yu. she also developed a special bond with her art teacher miss Lauren. They were so amazing to her and she learned so much from them. She has been in kindergarten one semester now and not a week has gone by without her mentioning how much she misses her Springstone family. This is an open, bright and warm environment. They teach our children so many wonderful things, even concepts such as gravity and metamorphosis (in a very basic way of course). We loved every day that she attended this school. I loved this school for my daughter. It has a very family friendly approach. Staff are very supportive and communicative which is important when you're leaving your precious babies with them! They host great community and family events. Mr. John and Ms. Lisa were amazing in supporting our family and especially our little one. Truly a hidden gem in our valley. My two oldest were lucky to have been a part of this wonderful school when they were little. My son went off and on for about three years. Every single person we encountered was loving and sweet to my son and all the children. My son had Miss Marlene and miss Trisha as his teachers this last year, and I have nothing but positive things to say about both of them. It really does feel like a family environment. The curriculum makes learning fun. My son starts kindergarten tomorrow and he already knows his letters, sounds, can write his name, can spell simple words, etc. I really wish they had kindergarten program for the Montessori location, I know they have one in Summerlin. I absolutely LOVE this school. The staff and teachers are AMAZING. Everyone is very attentive, welcoming, humble. It's like a big family, no one is ever left out. My son attends 5 days a week so we are very involved. There are so many great qualities that this school has to offer, starting with the food, its made by a chef, not just heated in a microwave. They have amazing holiday performances for the parents, the summertime program is so much fun with water days and cooking classes, the list goes on and on! Our two kids attended Springstone for five years, from the time they were 18 months through Pre-K and 1st grade. (If there were Montessori options for beyond 3rd grade, we would have stayed at this school!) Our first Springstone family was at the location near Rainbow and Warm Springs, then we graduated to the Lakes location when the kids were a bit older. It's tough to leave your child in the care of another while you go off to work - I am forever grateful to have had such wonderful, caring, committed staff at Springstone taking care of my littles. From the Directors, to the teachers, to the front office staff, to the chefs, they are a wonderful group of people that were full of sunny smiles, great attitudes, and loving hearts. As a working mom, there's nothing more reassuring than being able to share a strong partnership with the folks that are caring for and teaching your kids - we got this and more from our second family at Springstone. The teachers, the methods, and the wonderful environment they create for the kids played a large part in helping my children grow into the positive, independent, thoughtful, compassionate and caring little people they are. I can't say enough about the school - from the food that comes from the kitchen, the gardens and toys in the playgrounds, the fun activities and field trips, to the smiles that greet you when you come through the doors each morning, it's clear that they're committed to the students and their families. Our son has been at Spring Stone for 2.5 years now. He absolutely loves it, and so do we. It took a bit of getting used to in the beginning; it is much more structured and academically focused than his previous school, but now we wouldn't want him anywhere else and are sad that he will be leaving for Kindergarten next year. We have come to adore and greatly respect the teachers and administrators alike. We would take Ms. Patty with us if we could! The facility is clean and safe, and the meal service is healthy yet tasty (by our son's report). He is learning respect for peers and personal responsibility along with everything else. The classrooms are always ordered and generally peaceful. The playground time is more raucous, which I like, but always safe. They work hard but also play hard. There is excellent communication between teachers and parents, and parents are invited to be very involved. As I said, we will miss this school next year and are having a hard time deciding where we can go to continue the high standards set by Spring Stone. Montessouri has been such a blessing to our family! Our son started at Montessouri at 18 months, I was a nervous first time mom searching for a preschool that made me feel safe and comfortable leaving my child. My husband and I toured several schools in Las Vegas and nothing compared to Montessouri. The staff is exceptional here and made us feel so comfortable and answered all my questions and were always quick to respond. His teachers are awesome, super friendly and caring. Our son has excelled beyond our expectations and comes home everyday telling me what he learned in school and everyday I'm surprised that at the age of 2 what he is learning and retaining. I cant speak highly enough of the staff the teachers are just so kind, friendly, and caring. My son loves to go to school and wakes up on Saturday asking if its a school day. I love, love, love this school and am so happy that we had my daughter attend preschool here. The staff is so kind, caring, and always professional. They always have fun events for the kids to participate in and the school is very clean and organized. Now, as my daughter starts Kindergarten, she is way ahead of most other students and has a solid foundation because of the education she received at Springstone. My daughter also had some special health concerns, and I was so impressed at the special care that was taken with her and the modifications that the teachers made to make her feel safe and cared for. She has only been here for three weeks but we can already see a huge difference in her development. We recently moved to Las Vegas from the Seattle area, where our daughter was already attending a Montessori school. We hoped to keep her with that curriculum, but the "sister" school that we transferred her to didn't offer that. My 2 year old son goes to the Lakes location and he loves it! He was orignally going to a tridinal daycare but I changed him due to the class ratios. Daycare is exspensive in general but if I am going to pay I want to make sure he get the best education possible. I love the class ratios and the staff is excellent in helping with potty training and the transition phase. I would definatley recommend them!!! Less

The teachers and staff at SpringStone Lakes Montessori are the BEST! The Montessori Curriculum has been a positive addition to our son’s early education. My husband and I are absolutely impressed by the progress of our son’s vocabulary and demeanor since he has been enrolled at this school. Every day he talks about his teachers and friends and he is so anxious to show off all the work that they do in class. The teachers do a great job communicating the day’s events, my son’s strengths, and they also provide great recommendations on how to improve our son’s experience at school (they have been ANGELS with helping us with potty training!) The school itself is beautiful - everything is brand new, clean, and well maintained. The meals provided are balanced and “yummy” (according to my son). I have nothing bad to say about this school. I have two children attending Montessori and we absolutely love it! Both of our children are having so much fun learning interactively that they don't even realize they are learning. They love going to school every day and we are so pleased with their progress!! Great School for my girl. She's been attending since she was only a year and a half. They have small class sizes and caring stuff really do give it the "family" atmosphere that it advertises. My girl is still very close to all of her teachers as she started kindergarten now. When I speak to other parents talking about other schools and how their kids do, I found my girl was way ahead. I am extremely grateful to have found such a great place for my girl and will for sure be bringing my twin boys as well. ;) Another high point of this school is the wonderful relationship it maintains with the parents.To every parent out there, if you choose to bring your child to this facility you won't be disappointed. Springstone is really great! The teachers and front office staff are all very friendly and helpful. My daughter has come a very long way in her independence. I like that they also teach the kids practical things like how to put on their own shoes (even if they do it incorrectly) and do things around the house such as pouring, etc. I can tell my daughter is learning a lot because she comes home and not only tries but does everything she learns in school. She even picks up on the corrective actions they do/say which she uses on us...my favorite, "no thank you"! in response of something you are NOT supposed to do rather than a turn down. If you want your child to have a great learning experience from Springstone Montessori then invest your own time with the teachers and curriculum. Take your time dropping off/picking up your child and talk with the teachers and get to know them. Springstone has parent/teacher conferences twice a year b/c they want parents involved with their child's learning environment. They are great people that care about every child every day. If you're kid gets bit (which mine has) then ask what happened and what is being done to prevent it from happening again. Kids will be kids and these teachers will do their best to prevent the fights. Don't expect them to be perfect. Teachers have bad days like the rest of us. Don't expect any child to go to Harvard b/c they attend a specific school. Do expect to invest more time teaching your child than any school teacher during a 40 hour week. A very safe environment with creative activities (especially during the 100+ degree heat when children do not go outside). Less

So my daughter has been to 3 different schools in town and none of them ended up being the environment that I wanted her in. Springstone was my first choice but I could not get her in as there was a waiting list. Since she has been there I have seen a huge improvement in her social skills, she looks forward to going everyday rather than crying when I drop her off in the morning as she did in the past. It is clean, the staff that is there cares about your child, they interact with your child rather than just watch your child as other places do...I would recommend this school to others. The only drawback is that it is expensive, but worth the little extra. Less

Our son, now 5, has been at Springstone since he was 18 months old. We cannot say enough. Trust the process-they know what they are doing. At 5 he reads, writes, and does math. We got the list of things he should be able to do once he finishes kindergarten from the public school system and laughed. Montessori teaches respect for others thoughts, feelings and objects. Because of Springstone our son is well mannered, respectful and intelligent. In regards to some of the other comments: teacher student ratios are low and if a child is unruly they can be sent home for the day--this includes your own child. Go see Springstone for yourself. You can observe the classrooms from monitors in the lobby. Go for a tour-maybe you will get to see children gardening, at computer class or doing yoga. Less

My wife is a teacher and moved to a school near Springstone Montessori School. We were excited to hear she would be so close to Springstone Montessori as it really didn't work logistically before. My daughter is 3 years old and absolutely loves it at Springstone. Elementary school is a lot different that it was when I was a kid. Springstone does a great job preparing kids for the future. The staff has always been very friendly. The building is always clean. The teachers are great too. The Montessori also offers events outside of the Montessori so parents can meet too. I like to ask my daughter how her day was. She does a variety of activities. My wife being a teacher knows how valuable the Montessori philosophy prepares children to do great in the future. If you have children and are thinking of place that is going to offer more than just child care then Springstone Montessori is you choice. Go take a tour and meet the wonderful staff. Cheers! Less

My daughter had a great pre-k foundation at Springstone. We moved to California to another Montessori school and she has transitioned with ease and no problems. Her teachers at her Las Vegas school were terrific as well as the entire staff. The meals that were provided were more than adequate and we were always pleased that she was exposed to so many different food options. The security of check in and check out was terrific and it was always reassuring to be able to sit in the lobby and watch her classroom on monitors. My daughter has been going to Springstone Montessori for the past three years and the education that she gets from the school is every thing that I had hoped for. My daughter looks forward to going to school every day and telling me what she learns. The teaching staff and the administration staff at the school are all top notch and I could not think of a better place to have my child educated at. She made many new friend and has learned how to respect others. My son has recently started attending SpringStone and we love it. It is sad to see that there are people who have had bad experiences, but they only make up a small part of this wonderful community. When looking for a place for my son I wanted to be somewhere that was accepting, caring, and truly a community school. We lucked out when finding this facility. The administration staff are very welcoming and know every adult and child in the school. As for the teachers they are all wonderful and also know all the families that attend this facility. We as a family couldn't be happier with how wonderful everyone is there. Also I was a Montessori child and my mother was an educator who knows a good amount about the Montessori philosophy and we both feel that this school really follows her teachings and assists in creating a whole child and not just a focusing on the education. My daughter has attended SpringStone for almost two months now. A week after touring the school I went back to enroll but was unfortunately told that they did not have a five day position available for us. I left, went to another montessori school up Rainbow, but immediately came back because it did not even compare to SpringStone. I figured that I would make a four day position work and adjust my work schedule. However, two days before we were set to start SpringStone called me to let me know that they had transitioned some children that were ready for an older room and would have all five days available. Yay! It was a relief not to have to find alternate care, I was so impressed that they had remembered our needs. Being impressed has not stopped there. From the Front Desk staff, to her teachers and also the extra teachers that I meet in the afternoon I just can't say enough.
