I tried bringing in my niece’s birthday party dress to my local dry cleaner, but they advised they couldn’t accept it due to the beadwork. They recommended this place instead. I spoke with Hector, and he said they specialized in cleaning items with more intricate details and delicate materials. I identified particular problem areas and he made note to pay extra attention to them. He said it would take about a week, and the dress was ready as promised looking brand new. If you have speciality items that need an extra level of care I highly recommend using their services.

I went here on a recommendation from my boss and I have no regrets. The staff is kind, professional and efficient. I needed dress alterations for my kids and they worked extremely well with my children. The tailor knows her stuff and had them measured in a very short time. She also explained the process as she went and never got frustrated when the kids didn't understand what was needed of them initially. I then went back to get a dress altered for myself and they accommodated me even though I had come on a day that the tailor does not take clients. I am so appreciative and the work is immaculate.
