My first experience with Tiffany Cleaners. They did a very professional job cleaning my CalKing comforter and the cost was reasonable. I wish they had a drop off by me i would use them more. Recommend highly.

Highly recommended for any high end or delicate clothing that needs dry cleaning in the Las Vegas area. Dropped off a bespoke suit that I wouldn't trust to many and Tiffany Couture Cleaners did a fantastic job taking care of it. The suit looks just like when it was first made! Will be using them for all my dry cleaning going forward.

Great cleaners! My sweatshirt had a few " drops of hot sauce" and its white. Tiffany took care of perfectly. And the stains have been on it for 20 years. I bought at the Dunes Hotel just before they took it down. Thanks for the great service. Will trust you with anything!

I picked up several items from Tiffany Couture Cleaners on August 14th, and I wanted to share my experience.First, I have to recognize Hector, who was absolutely phenomenal. He was professional, helpful, understanding, and provided excellent customer service. When I expressed my concerns about the charges, Hector did his due diligence to look into the situation and was able to get my price adjusted. I truly appreciated that he took the time to listen to my concerns rather than simply dismissing them. Honestly, if it were not for Hector and the way he handled the situation, I probably would not return.Tiffany Couture Cleaners does very good work, particularly with clothing that requires special care. If I have an intricate garment, something white, an item with special buttons or detailing, or something I simply don't trust with a regular cleaner, I can appreciate paying a premium because they do take extra care with those pieces.However, I find their pricing to be extremely high for ordinary garments. For example, approximately $12.65 for a basic pair of slacks seems excessive, and the pricing for simple dresses is also much higher than I would expect—especially for garments that don't require specialized cleaning or handling.I was also disappointed that one of my items was cleaned when I had only requested alterations, which resulted in an additional charge that I wasn't expecting. I believe any additional services should be confirmed with the customer before being performed and added to the bill.Going forward, I will probably only bring my more expensive, detailed, or delicate pieces here because I do trust the quality of their work. For everyday clothing, however, the prices are simply too high for me to justify.Five stars for Hector. His exceptional customer service and willingness to go the extra mile are the reasons I would consider returning. Tiffany Couture Cleaners, you have a great employee in Hector—he definitely deserves some recognition (and a raise!).
