James Tobar and team did a phenomenal job replacing a poorly built deck on a summer kitchen and converting it into a Treks deck with railing. James' work, communication, and continued contact was outstanding and the job was started on time and ended on time exactly as he told us. I highly recommend this company and James for home improvements. Will use them again for future home projects.

James and his team did an awesome job redoing our deck and flooring. They did a quality job in an efficient manner. I was very pleased and we are hoping to have them finish our basement soon. I will update review after this project as well!

I was referred to James from another handyman who vouched for him. James is a great communicator and always kept in touch via text. I needed several small projects performed around the house (dryer vent replacement - 2nd story and on sloped ground so not as easy as it would sound with a ladder) which his team was quick to address. I also had a chandelier replaced. His team recognized that the mount needed reinforcement due to the weight and took care of it on the same day. Even prior to then, he communicated with me via text to make sure we would have all the necessary equipment to get the job done that day (i.e., chains, wires, etc.).I can't speak about larger projects but for the small to medium sized jobs I had them do (predominantly those with heights requiring ladders/scaffolding), they did a good job. He was forthright with cost prior to the job and got the jobs done well. One day, his crew was sick and they could not come out on the week day. He made it up and came out on a Sunday. I would give them a try.
