I’m 5 months into my CrossFit journey and I am so grateful to have found this gym! Joining a gym can be overwhelming and intimidating but everyone at ClarityFit has been very welcoming .The coaches really take an interest into your journey and help you work on your goals. They modify movements and workouts to your skill level. I genuinely feel like I have a community behind me cheering me on not just on the good days but the days I need a little extra attention to get the movements right. I love seeing my body change and feeling stronger each week. Best gym in Idaho hands down!

ClarityFit is amazing! It's the only gym I've ever walked into that I didn't feel judged; they were all happy that I was there. From the owners to the coaches to the members, everyone is a cheerleader to everyone else.I'm dealing with an autoimmune issues that effect my mobility and range of motion. Justin (owner), and the Chris-es (trainers) have worked hard at creating workouts designed for my specific needs. Since I started with them in June, I've lost 25 lbs, gained muscle, and feel better. It doesn't hurt that, regardless of how difficult what they're asking me to do is, they're cheering me on and pushing me to be my best self.

It can be very intimidating going back to exercising after a five-year hiatus. Trainers and members are all welcoming and encouraging, but not in a way that pushes you to be unsafe. Very glad I found this gym

ClarityFit is one of the best gyms I’ve been to in Boise. The CrossFit trainers actually care about your progression, the proper movement for each lift, and commitment to your personal goals. Really good group of people and community at this gym. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to push them selves outside of traditional strength training to test their endurance while experiencing a different style of workout.
