Fabulous experience with Mark. Beyond explaining everything to us carefully, he followed up to make sure things were going as planned. When our appraiser cut corners and botched our appraisal he saw their flaws and successfully appealed to make sure we got a fair appraisal and the right rate. His low pressure approach assured us that he only wanted our business if he could get us the best rate with the lowest fees. I had such a great experience that I recommended him to two other sets of friends who also ended up refinancing with Mark. For all three of our refinances Mark was able to beat all competitors on rates and fees.
