I've been going to my local dentist regularly for years. My bridge broke, which was my front/side teeth. My dentist fixed it, but that night, while eating soft foods at dinner, it broke again. I called and was told I would have to get a partial plate. I've had them in the past, and it ended up in the draw. I decided to do some research, and Marsh Cove was one of the establishments that came up with great reviews. l then decided to go for the free consultation. I'm so glad l did. I met Dave, who does their finance, and he took the time to show us every room and the procedure. This place was immaculate. Everything is made there, so you don't have to wait if you have an issue. I met Jen, their head Administrator, who always answered my calls or texts. All their staff working at the front desk are so polite and caring. Dr. Titov came in and took the time to discuss what needed to be done. My initial visit was on Thurs, and because it was my front teeth, Dr. Titov scheduled me for Monday morning. I listened to the doctor's direction to take 2 pills 1 hour before surgery. Unbelievable, I honestly don't remember a thing, and "no" pain. The next day, there was a little swelling, but again, l was directed to use ice and moist heat. The whole procedure was great! Every visit there, Dr. Titov gets so excited about how you look. You can tell he loves what he does. He always makes sure you are always pleased, before leaving. I also met his wife, Dr. Olga and she came in to check and see if l was pleased. Approximately two years ago, it was decided that I needed a full upper and lower implant. We interviewed several local Dentistsbut most of which did not offer sedation & needed multiple visits to get a temporary arch and up to a years' time to get permanent ones.We found Marsh Cove Dental through a google search, called and made an appointment because of their testimonials. We met with Dave, they did scans and x-rays and I received a tour of their lab where they make their implants and saw where the surgery was performed and watch a tech design dental arches. No other dental office offered a tour of their facility. We then sat down with Dave and Dr. Titov they showed me exactly what needed to be done on a large computer monitor. Dr. Titov showed me exactly where the implants were going to be placed. This made me feel at ease because I was about to have all my teeth removed. At this point they had gained my trust and put my mind at ease and was ready for surgery.The day of the surgery the anesthesiologist explained the process to me, and I was put to sleep quickly and woke up several hours later with a new pair of temporary arches. She stayed in contact during the entire healing process to make sure I was doing fine. During the healing process and before I received my permanent set of teeth, they taught me how to better take care of my new teeth and explained the progression towards getting my permanent set.
