Dylan was our service worker and was amazing! He was super informative in regards to our older unit and gave us a lot of great pointers and information if we decide to upgrade our unit. He was super friendly and informative about everything. He was also very mindful about our pets in the house when coming in and out and we greatly appreciate it. Very happy to support local business and already have a future appointment for a water heater cleaning next week!
