We had the pleasure of having Cole and Anthony out at our new Dry Dock location to service our A/C units. While they were here they helped me trouble shoot a problem with our hood system. I couldn't get the hoods to work so we scheduled them to come back and take a look. They had they hoods up and running in no time. Really nice guys who seem to take there job seriously. If I could add a 6th star I would! The motor on our industrial kitchen hood went down and the entire team, including Cole and Anthony who were onsite, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and timely throughout the entire experience. Huge thank you!

The guys at Local came through for me like I've never experienced before. I first called them with an urgent leak in the crawl space. The owner, Thomas took time after hours on his Friday night to come fix it for us. He explained to us what went wrong and why and how we could fix the bigger issue. The quote was prompt and well explained, I wasn't left in the dark at any point in the process. Chris and Gavin later came out to re-pipe the entire home, replace the water heater, etc. They were extremely efficient, I could hardly tell they were even there. They were in constant communication with me, making sure I was satisfied along the way and never left us without running water. They provided peace of mind in the process and outcome. The overall experience was exactly what you would hope for in a company fixing your most valuable asset. The end price of the job was affordable, they even provided options with how to pay, and even provide more services after the job is done. They will be my go to for all my future projects and will be recommending them everytime!
