The team here is awesome! I’ve been struggling with a knee issue for 3 year and Empower PT was the fourth PT group I tried. The wholistic approach they take was immediately apparent and far more thorough than any previous PT I worked with. Through stretching, strengthening, dry needling, cupping, and Pilates, I was not only feeling drastic improvements but also able to continue hiking and skiing throughout the course of treatment.
