If I could give them 10 stars I would. I worked with Maeve for the last 8 weeks and have learned more about my body than I have from every doctor I’ve ever been to combined. I’m 34, active, no kids and was struggling with mind to muscle connections that I ignored for too long. Maeve is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and personable. I honestly enjoyed every session and could probably sit for hours just chatting and learning.They treat the entire body here. I’ve had improvements in areas I didn’t even realize needed to be improved. From rib flare, to shoulder pain to hip mobility, the care is comprehensive and personal. I cannot express how desperate I was for this kind of treatment since I have yet to receive it from any GP, gyno or family medicine doctor to date.A lot of conversations with my friends have been starting with: “my pelvic floor therapist said…”. It’s really that enlightening. Don’t wait and don’t compromise. This is really a unique experience.As for admin items. 10/10. Couldn’t be better. All appts, billing, follows ups, documentation is easy and done before you even need to ask for it. Shout out to Paige for being the wizard behind all that.Sincerely appreciate the whole team here. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Empower! Their level of knowledge and expertise goes far beyond what you find at a general PT clinic. My evaluation with Casey and Sophia was incredibly thorough they took the time to fully understand my concerns and assess my body as a whole, which made me feel confident and cared for from the start. I’ve been working regularly with Sophia, and I’m consistently impressed by our sessions. She brings both deep knowledge and practical, easy-to-apply tools that have made a real difference for me. I’m especially excited to start incorporating the Pilates component and continue building on the strong foundation we’ve established in PT. Shoutout to Paige as well for managing scheduling she is so kind, responsive, and always quick to help with any questions or changes. If you’re considering Empower, don’t hesitate! Your body will thank you!

I came into this practice completely falling apart and left feeling strong, confident, and in control. I struggled with pelvic floor dysfunction for over 10 years and in 10 weeks I was able to heal almost completely. I will continue to use the methods and exercises I learned through Empower Pilates for years to come 🥰

Even though I was referred by my doctor for pelvic floor PT, I had my reservations about its effectiveness. I can tell you it has made a difference. I am halfway through the 8 week course and I can already tell the difference. Everyone at Empower PT has been wonderful to work with, from Paige at the front desk to Casey and Maeve in our PT sessions. I like that the PT sessions are custom made for my needs. I'm looking forward to starting a pilates program once I complete PT.Update: The PT made my core stronger and gave me the tools I wanted to continue getting better and better. I’m now in Pilates and I can’t say enough good things about it. Ryan and Kalli are amazing. I’m feeling stronger and more in control of my body than I have ever been. THANK YOU Empower PT and Pilates. This is a life changing experience.
