I feel so hopeful after a few sessions at Empower PT. I have had the pleasure of working with both Casey and Grace so far and am learning so much and making steady progress to feel stronger and more confident in my body after having kids. I have had a great experience at Empower. Throughout multiple pregnancies/postpartum periods they have been there to help improve pain and prolapse symptoms. They are very knowledgeable, encouraging, and meet you where you are at that day. They have been an integral part in my growing stronger and meeting my personal goals. I always walk out of their office feeling better than when I walked in.
