I’ve enjoyed each session of PT and Pilates at Empower! Maeve is excellent and knowledgeable and has put me at ease as I work on specific issues. I’ve improved so much since starting!

Empower is exceptionally skilled at giving postpartum women the confidence boost so needed at that phase of life. I started for pelvic floor therapy after my second pregnancy, and have really enjoyed the split between focused PT sessions, and pilates strength building. I've felt a meaningful difference in strength in hips/back/pelvic floor between this postpartum season and my first pregnancy, and I wish I'd discovered Empower sooner! I'd fully recommend Empower for any phase of pregnancy/postpartum.

Empower PT + Pilates has the most welcoming and caring staff. I have been working with them early postpartum as my recovery has been mentally and physically challenging and they have been absolutely amazing. They are very reassuring and helpful to my recovery. I would recommend to anyone in pregnancy and postpartum as I will be coming back to help prevent complications in my next labor!

I discovered Empower Pilates in May of 2025. It was my first experience with pilates. It was wonderful! I signed up for a 3 month plan, then extended it for another 12 months! Although I experienced some changes in their location and staff while I was there, I have to say Casey treated me fairly and they always had great people working there.I would recommend them to anyone interested in Pilates and hope to resume classes with them in the future!John Olde, Lakewood Colorado

I was seeing another PT and wasn’t getting the results I was hoping for. I was looking for pelvic floor therapy that focuses on the whole body, and I’m so happy that I chose to try Empower.Sofia (PT) made me feel so comfortable and, right off the bat, started educating me and treating the whole body. Grace took over because Sofia left and picked up right where she left off.I was a little hesitant at first, but I’m so glad that I trusted the process and continued. Grace is personable, has great knowledge, and has helped me feel good and comfortable in my changing body. She has taught me how to not just strengthen and relax my pelvic floor, but how to take care of my whole body and how important the deep core and resting are, as well as strengthening.I highly recommend Empower to anyone who is struggling with pelvic floor issues and doesn’t know where to go. I was there, and I’m so happy I chose Empower!

I’ve had a great experience at Empower PT so far! Every clinician has been so knowledgeable, explain everything so well, and take a holistic, whole-body approach. I highly recommend!
