I rented a 16 foot trailer from Michael for seven days. I drove it to California and back and had no problems. It worked wonderfully for moving an entire one bedroom apartment. The interior was clean and the tiedowns and moving blankets made for a very smooth move. I would absolutely rent from GOHAUL again.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I rented a car hauler trailer, and I absolutely fell in love with that trailer — especially that winch 😂. I had no idea how much I was going to need it until I started trying to move my car.What should have been a pretty simple move turned into one problem after another. I had several difficulties getting the car moved, and on top of that, I ran into scheduling issues that made the whole situation even more complicated. Through all of it, he was incredibly kind, patient, understanding, and willing to work with me.And I really have to give credit to the equipment. Having a good, well-equipped trailer made a difficult situation SO much easier than it could have been. I can honestly say that if I had rented some cheap basic trailer without the right equipment, my day would have been a complete nightmare. That winch alone was worth its weight in gold.What stood out to me the most, though, was how I was treated. There was never an attitude or a feeling like I was inconveniencing him because things weren’t going according to plan. He understood the situation and worked with me, and I genuinely appreciated that.This wasn’t just a good rental experience. It was one of those experiences where you find a business and think, “Yep, this is my place now.”Anytime I need a trailer from here on out, this is where I’m going. Good equipment is important, but good equipment AND good people behind it is hard to beat.Definitely earned my business. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Michael is very knowledgeable about trailers and pulling. His equipment is well maintained and well cared for. His trailers have everything, even if you forget yours or don't have straps. I would recommend him every time over U-Haul!!

Michael was great, he took care of me, he even swapped out my trailer hitch so that I had a hitch that could support the weight I needed for the load I was carrying.
