My husband and I finally went for it, and we are SO pleased with it. We had Marty and Dillon installing our new shower. They worked together great, constantly going. They started by 8:30 and were finished about 5:00. I couldn’t be happier!!! Ignore the color of my walls. Painting will be next. 😃

We have had a wonderful, friendly and professional experience with One & Done Bath Solutions. From our salesman Aaron, to our Installation team Corey & Mike which only took 5.5 hours to install from Bathtub to a walk-in Shower. The customer service team was always there to help us with the financing and any questions we had and she was the sweetest young lady we spoke to and she always got back with us in a timely manner. I would 100% recommend this company to do your bathroom needs. We love our new shower. Thank you!!

I am adding another comment since my installation. Brian was our installer. He was professional, courteous and friendly. I can’t say enough about my new walk-in shower. All my friends love it. Well worth the money and it was all done in about 6-7 hours. Love it! RJ was so friendly & accommodating to our needs. He took his time with us while choosing options and all designs. He explained everything in simple terms and worked with us and options and financing. He is a credit to this company. Can’t say enough about the customer service provided.

My old cast iron tub from 1971 had lost all its finish, replacing it with a new tub, walls and fixtures from One & Done Bath Solutions was an excellent choice. From start to finish their whole staff couldn’t have been better, from sales, to customer service and especially the installers, Marty and Dillon. Their main concern is for you, their customer to be happy and completely satisfied with your new install. I would highly recommend One & Done Bath Solutions for your remodel!

I have waited a long time to get a bathroom remodel but I decided to do it this year and wow, I love my shower. This company really care about your needs and gives you want you want in a few days. From RJ coming to talk with me about the price to Joe coming to make sure everything was order correctly. Then when the supplies where in, Brian and Anthony came and did a beautiful job. The next day after it was completed, I received a call from the office to make sure I was happy with the job. Thank you all so much!

We had a complete removal of a standup shower and replaced with a low profile standup shower with glass doors. We had a 8 inch step up to get into our shower and I was not very comfortable or safe for me. Dillion & Marty told us they would be at our house Monday between 8-9am, they were here before 9. They started work immediately, they worked throughout the day without a break that we saw they left for the day just before 6pm and told us they would be back Tuesday morning the same time between 8-9 which they were. They finished around 12:30-1 and we did our walk through and we were told they would be back on Thursday to install the grab bar and fix the tile they had to put down. The results are great! We are very pleased with the shower enclosure and the glass doors. We now have a low profile about a 21/2-3inch step up. Marty & Dillion cleaned up after themselves both days and removed any garbage they took with them. All in all from the sales person Leighann to the office person Katelyn to the guys who did the install Marty & Dillion this is a great company to work with, very friendly but professional at the same time. They made sure we had everything we needed in the shower.

R.J. was very friendly and approachable. He was respectful of our time and focused on our needs and ideas. Speaking with him was effortless. My husband and I were impressed with R.J.'s easy going manner and not a hint of high pressure sales tactics.
