I've had several personal trainers over the years, but Dan and Caryn are absolutely the best. They both are consummate professionals. When they are training you, you have their undivided attention to help you attain your goals. Even given some physical limitations and at 76, I'm in the best shape I've been in a long time---entirely due to them. Less

Dan and Caryn at Peaked Health helped me recover from a botched rotator cuff surgery that left my arm atrophied. Dan, an IFBB Pro Bodybuilder, knows the science of muscle development and his training plans are tailored to each client with precision. He helped me rehab my arm to pre-surgery status which meant the world to me. Caryn showed me stretches and exercises to alleviate my sciatica issues. Both of them are laser focused, organized, and as a bonus, so pleasant to be around, it makes rehab/therapy/training something I look forward to rather than dread. I’m in my late 50s and after years of being active with a broken wrist, two shoulder surgeries and a torn bicep along the way..I came to Caryn and Dan physically worn out but they turned my physical self around. Their personalized workouts are really innovative and even after years in the gym were new to me and really work. They make it easy and fun. I couldn't recommend them more highly Less

Dan and Caryn are an AMAZING Team! They are very passionate about what they do, and they work together synergistically. I don't like working out and I used to be in pain from doing mundane tasks like driving, loading and unloading the dishwasher, etc. I've been to many "personal trainers" who kept "encouraging" me to "work through the pain" and ended up in more pain and sometimes bed ridden for days. I looked for a trainer who was also an occupational therapist, and finally found Caryn who approached my training in a very different way. She took the time to ask about any accidents, surgeries, etc., and customized a rehab with strength training program which has now evolved to strength training program. I've been working out consistently with Caryn for 2 years and I see the results in my posture, resilience, strength, and physique. I would highly recommend Caryn and Dan as they are very dedicated and truly cares about the wellbeing of their clients. Less

How you move really does matter. Too often, we try to push our limits (and that's okay!) but when you do so without knowing proper form that's when you get hurt. Dan & Caryn's innate ability to see and correct improper form, and even know when something isn't right even before you do, has allowed my wife and I to increase strength and stay injury free! Training is a marathon, not a sprint, and good coaching will not only get you to the finish line, but do so feeling fit, healthy, and injury free! Less
