We have been using Preferred Cleaning for 5+ months. Before this, we used the same cleaning company for 15 years, so, making a switch for us was somewhat unsettling. James, the owner, personally came out to our home and spent quite a bit of time walking through our house and taking detailed notes about what we would expect with each biweekly cleaning. He tries to use the same team at each home for consistency. However, when a new team member is present for cross training, the process has always gone very smoothly. We have found the team to be incredibly reliable, efficient, professional, friendly and detail oriented. James‘ communication skills are wonderful! He follows up each cleaning with a text to make sure we are happy with the job that was done and he is always amenable to me adding other areas that I feel need cleaned, to the list. Obviously, that may or may not change the cost of the service depending on the extent of the work I asked to be added. Preferred Cleaning’s prices are consistent with what we have paid in the past and of current market values. We simply could not be more pleased with the decision we made to go with this company!!

We used the Preferred Cleaning Co for a move out clean on our rental. James was super communicative and willing to work with our schedule and timeline. The cleaning crew was efficient and did a great job. We plan to use them again!
