Just went to Smash Rx for the first time and it was SMASHTASTIC!! I went with some friends, we are allowed to play our own music so we blasted a Linkin Park playlist and we smashed glass, plates, a couple wooden items. It was incredibly cathartic. I'd like to try out their $30/10 minute one Friday a month special!! Highly recommend.

I had my son birthday party here and they experienced the rage room. This place was awesome, they got to break up things in a controlled setting. The kids raved about how much fun they had all the way home. The owners were amazing and I will come back soon. Thank you for a wonderful experience

Smash RX was the perfect birthday event for my friend. The person in charge of our 30 minute season was enthusiastic and gave great detail in explaining all of the rules. She also went the extra mile to take plenty of videos and photos on our phone as keepsakes. During the 30 minutes we were able to connect to a speaker and play our own music. They also provided cold water bottles and a snack for after our session which really gave the experience an extra touch. I will definitely be back!

My daughter, grandkids and I attended a day of healing and women empowerment this year as we celebrated Dr Martin Luther King Day. We enjoyed a great sound bath that enlightened our lives and helped me personally shape what goals I had for myself this year. We all made visions board to help us aide in the process and changes we wanted to make in our lives. Great food was served, I had the chance to personally connect with other women who’ve also undertaken the loss of a mother. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely attend another event.
