Cori was great. We had a small window to get the condo ready to go to market. Cori took over and made sure that everything was looked after, staging, cleaning, photos and marketing. At a difficult time of the year (Christmas), Cori not only was able to pull everything together but condo was sold in less than a week and closed in less than a month. Her attention to detail, communication and professionalism was critical in making this as easy as possible. Highly recommend.

If there was a 5 stars ++++ I would not hesitate giving up and beyond the 5 stars. This is my 6th property and had many agents in the buying and selling of real estate. Cory does not compare as she goes beyond the call of duty. She is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. What I appreciated the most about Cori is that she spends much time and effort to get to know her customers, their needs, wants, preferences, deal-breakers and will quickly and efficiently scan and suggest properties that may fit their criteria.In light of saving time and effort, she has often gone on her own to visit and video the property of interest and send it to view. It was like I was there! She is genuine in her approach and will advise and offer important information that will often be missed when visiting houses.
